Last night my friend and I went to Northern Lights for a show. It was a great show, but at the end of the night the staff was absolutely rude and doing some very illegal things. We asked for some water and were told NO. We questioned why and were told that we needed to pay for the cups. We are both TIPS certified and know that you can't legally refuse any drinking customer water, let alone make them pay for the cups!!! We said that we would pay for the cups and said we thought that was ridiculous though. We were told by who we later found out was a manager, that she would not serve us water if we did not like their policy. We went to another bartender and she gave us water no problem. We asked that bartender who the manager was and if we could speak with them. She said that the very rude lady who would not serve us was a manager. We asked who her manager was and got no response. She said she could not tell us that. Another no no. We were then thrown out PHYSICALLY (yes a LADY and man pushed and pulled forcefully) and told to get off of the sidewalk, while all of the staff was screaming and yelling at us. It was ridiculous and illegal! Whoever the REAL manager is should fire that BIT$* of a bartender and all of their staff. You do not touch anyone, let alone push and pull them out while they drink WATER. We can and will sue them for over serving us. We will never go back and will always tell people about our experience. We have never been treated like that ever anywhere!

Excellent venue, bar, staff! Take the time to put on big shows but also host the small locals. Great!!!
